Key targets of Financial Controller:

 - To collect and analyze financial information from the adidas Group retail chain in order to support our retail team in business development

 - To optimize finance process and procedures in retail in order to make them more efficient

Main responsibilities:

 - PL analytical review for 5 brands and various CIS countries 

 - Identification of business opportunities for development

 - Monthly forecasting

 - Annual budget preparation 

 - Business processes optimization

 - Business planning for new stores and further performance control 

 - Operating expenses optimization

 - Targets settings and monthly achievement control 

 - Business partner to retail team from finance side

What we expect:

 - 1+ years of experience in audit \ finance management \ finance control, preferably in the retail industry

 - Bachelor or Master education in Finance, Economics or equivalent

 - Strong leadership skills, analytical and problem solving skills 

 - Fluent English
