We are currently recruiting for the leaders of tomorrow with our challenging Graduate Sales & Marketing Programme in Russia.

As a Graduate at Diageo, you will enter a three year progamme within the Sales and Marketing functions. We offer two to three rotations in both Marketing and Sales positions, each rotation will last from 12-18 months. All graduates will be placed into real roles to provide authentic and challenging job experiences, responsibility and accountability from day one.

What Diageo are looking for

We look for individuals who can bring real passion and enthusiasm to the role and posses excellent commercial awareness. To qualify you must be:

• Educated to Bachelors or Masters Level, achieving 2:1 or higher

• Fluent in both English and Russian.

• A Full Driving Licence holder

• Show a genuine interest and desire to work in Sales and/or Marketing (ideally shown through work experience, internships, placements, projects or voluntary work).
