Oxis Energy Ltd is a start-up R&D company located on the site of the Culham Science Centre near Oxford. We are developing a new light-weight rechargeable battery.
We are looking for a highly motivated chemist capable to work as a chemical engineer. Candidates should have a degree in chemistry or a chemical engineering as the post requires knowledge of electrochemistry and physical chemistry. Candidates should also have experience of the development of experimental and analytical techniques to give consistent and repeatable results. Russian language would be an advantage.
Salary will be within the range £18,000 - £29,000+ per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The company offers 20 days holiday, private health insurance, a stakeholder pension scheme and free parking. If needed the company would apply for work permit.
